This does something very bad with mount points.

e.g.
% mount_union /obj/src /usr/netbsd/src

BEFORE:
% df | fgrep /usr/netbsd
/dev/wd0h          1524599  1257977    190393    86%    /usr/netbsd
<above>:/obj/src   3322184  1274946   1944028    39%    /usr/netbsd/src

NOW:
% df | fgrep /usr/netbsd
/dev/wd0h          1524599  1257977    190393    86%    /usr/netbsd
/dev/wd0h          1524599  1257977    190393    86%    /usr/netbsd
% umount /usr/netbsd/src
umount: /usr/netbsd: Device busy
