Subject: Native BSD grep isn't used by default ?

I found  that now NetBSD has its own grep in usr.bin/grep. Just odd for me why 
it isn't listed in usr.bin/Makefile and not built by default so I have to 
manually build it and install.

Any objections not to use native grep in base install ?
