I did some work on resume for ACPI.

With this (and maybe some other patch in the same directory, I could
suspend and resume on my T30, however it does nothing like syncing disks
and interrupts seems brokens afterward (usb controller gets very unhappy).

The power-hooks needs to be replaced with something more powerful.
