For several days I've been unable to update my sources and pkgsrc trees using CVS
on -CURRENT.  Every time I try it seems to start out okay but it slowly grinds to
a near halt after ten or fifteen minutes.  No error messages -- it just sits
there waiting for the next packet to arrive.  The next packet does arrive about
five minutes later, and then it sits and waits...  :-(

I see the same problem on three different cvs mirrors -- two in the US and one
in Japan.  (That's all I've tried so far today.)

Anyone else seeing this?
