What is the output when you run
./build.sh -O /usr/current/sparc64/obj -D /usr/current/sparc64/dest \
-T /usr/current/sparc64/tools -R /usr/current/sparc64/release \
-m sparc64 params
(the "params" mode of build.sh) ?
