For the kde-libs, try adding "--enable-cups" to the configure arguments.
And probably need to include print/cups/buildlink2.mk too.

You may want to discuss this on the tech-pkg list. This list,
current-users, is for discussing the "up-to-date version of the
NetBSD-current source tree".

I am interested in trying a gui for CUPS administration. I understand that
KDE provides one.
