In a kernel/world just built 14 Dec 04 on an i386, there are a few 
machdeps missing from sysctl. Symptom was netstat returning : no 
namelist error. Using netstat -N /netbsd works. Traced through _kvm_open 
where the machdep for booted_kernel is requested and is failing...
