With today's -current sources I built a macppc MP kernel and tried to
boot it on my 9600 200/MP. It got to the initial kernel load, but
didn't start device detection before dying.

I did not end up in ddb, even though I have 'options DDB' specified.

Is there some way for me to get better debugging information to narrow
down what is borked? I am quite willing to recompile the kernel as
necessary, read a FAQ, etc., but as it stands I don't know how to
provide a more useful bug report.
