	What is the correct way to get isdnd to attempt a reconnect
	automatically if the remote end disconnects? Ideally we want the
	link to stay up all the time.

/etc/rc.conf:
    defaultroute="0.0.0.1 -iface"
    ifconfig_ippp0="inet 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.1 down"

syslog: (after some time)
isdnd[151]: CHD 00001 I4BPPP outgoing call disconnected (remote)
