if you have such a card, please give the txp(4) driver
a try.
I only have a 3CR990-FX (fiber) card, so I couldn't
verify most of media handling.

Unfortunately, most of the features which might justify
the price of these cards are not supported, as transmit
side TCP/UDP checksum offloading and IPSEC accelaration.

The standard stuff should work, however.
