Maybe ICOP 6070 or 6071 PC104 CPU Board ?

http://www.icoptech.com/products_detail.asp?ProductID=3D70
http://www.vortex86.com

- First of all is board's price =3D this is salled for 312$ inside Russia=
n=20
Federation -> its original price shold be about 200$.
- DP&M 166MHz x86 compatible SOC (System On Chip).
- 64Mb or 128Mb onboard soldered RAM (i use 128Mb).
- 1 onboard RTL 8100 10/100MBit Ehernet (well, i know 1 !=3D 2).
- 2 USB 1.1 ports -> i use cheap 256Mb EasyDisk USB flash disk as a boot=20
device.
- and other on chip hardware kind of video and so on.
- BIOS is AMI BIOS -> very stable, customizable, fast boot (takes less th=
an 3=20
seconds to start loading /netbsd after power on).

At this moment NetBSD 1.6.1/i386 is working as a charm on this board and=20
recognise fine all available onboard hardware. Seems like 166MHz is more =
then=20
enough for NetBSD to be happy :)
