I have the same problem while building current. It fails with the same
error on /bin/mv, and, trying to execute /usr/src/netbsd/bin/mv,
which is nevertheless successfully compiled, the system returns: "Non
executable file format" or something of the same flavor.

PS : I suspect the problem is in ld_elf or its config file ?
