Hi!

I just finished the import of texinfo-4.3 into NetBSD's base system.

For people using build.sh it's painless to upgrade; the ones still
running make themselves, please read UPDATING.

The locale files are now in UTF-8, so please choose a terminal/font
combination that can display this correctly.
[I tested with mlterm, LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, and /usr/share/locale/de_DE.UTF-8
a symlink to en_US.UTF-8.]

If you find any problems, please report them with send-pr(1) as usual.
