FWIW, I failed build lst night after cvsup -vd because the Makefile for
/usr/src/sys/sys lacks a reference to the siginfo.h file.

Adding it made

	# make incinstall

put one in place.

So either there is a a de-sync between cvsup and the core CVS state, or there
was a transient bug in the Makefile for the sys includes.

cheers
