Several mirrors sync at the same times (to make better use of caching
at the server), four times a day. This includes anoncvs.no.netbsd.org
which starts syncs at 4:15, 10:15, 16:15 and 22:15 (CEST). Of course,
this doesn't always say much on when the sync is finished.
