Someone mentioned that on small disks, 75% maximum
usage for reliable functioning was unacceptable.
However, on a very large partition, 25% can be an
enormous space wastage. 100GB partitions (RAID or
newer disks, especially IDE) would lose *25GB* of
useable space.
