Hi,

I've installed pkgsrc/cross/i386-cygwin32 via 'make install'
and after that I was shown a message  saying that I still have
to install some (all??) include and library files afterwards.
And indeed there were no include (besides assert.h) files
installed under pkg/cross/xxxx. Unfortunately I have no clue
where to get these (in particular it is not clear which) files.
Why they are not included in the package tree? But may be I've
missed a package/option.
