Someone took what I found to be a very useful BSD tool from my NetBSD 
toolbox and I'd like it back!  I think I have a right to be grumpy :-)

Hmm, cvs co -r1.5; make; cp newfs /sbin/mount_memfs, ah that feels 
better ....
