More F.U.D. I think.  Most people I know upgrade NetBSD by one of two
methods.  Either they build the whole damn thing from source, or they
install upgrade binary releases.  Both processes make upgrading all
files, static-linked binaries, dynamic-linked binaries, data files,
etc., relatively simple.
