Hrm.

I don't think it's acceptable for pkgsrc to require LKMs; we have
ports (notably all powerpc ports, but there are others) where LKMs
simply don't work. (In theory, the LKM functionality there should be
fixed, but that doesn't mean that pkgsrc won't simply not work on
that architecture.)

Or, I guess, explicitly disallow pkgsrc/net/ppp-mppe from building
on architectures where our LKMs are broken, for now.
