Ah, yes, that is correct, a Tigon2 in a 32/33 slot.  It is definitely
limited by the receiver..

The sender is about 50% idle, waiting for the TCP window to open up (using
too large of a TCP window causes packet loss because of the wimpy bus on
the receiver -- the receiving end can't drain packets from the FIFO to RAM
fast enough).
