I am using the 3ware Escalade 7210 with NetBSD/i386 1.6_BETA1.
My configuration is RAID1 with two IBM ATA100/80GB HDD and thay
are fine working.

My machine is very old and slow (Pro200MHz, 128MB MEM). But I can 
give you the performance data of the RAID by bonnie.
