Subject: bcrypt password support

	notice reply-to: tech-security.

	the patch adds bcrypt ($2a$) support. you'll need the following
	lines in your /etc/passwd.conf:
		default:
			localcipher = blowfish,4
			ypcipher = old

	issues:
	- there are couple of publically-accessible functions added into
	  libcrypt, including arc4random. it is quite useful so i would like
	  to provide *.h for it in public. openbsd/freebsd includes it in
	  stdlib.h (as it is in libc). do we want to put arc4random() in libc?
	  if it is okay i'll follow their practice.

	i'm already using it on my machine. working just fine.

itojun
