I've fixed several Tulip-related problems recently.  If you have a
21140 or 21143 -- particular a CardBus card -- that didn't work
before, please try it again with at least:

     $NetBSD: tulip.c,v 1.109 2002/04/14 19:10:18 mycroft Exp $
     $NetBSD: if_tlp_cardbus.c,v 1.33 2002/04/14 17:17:10 mycroft Exp $

Let me know either way, whether it works or not.
