Sorry to bother you again, but there have been some changes that you need to
be aware of:

 - All knowledge of hardcoded card types and driver indices has been
   removed from the kernel subsystem and isdnd.

   You do want to update both!

   This (hopefully) is the last time isdnd will need an update for
   kernel changes.

 - Fritz!PCI card users: your card is no longer supported by the 
   "isic" driver, please use the new "ifpci" driver instead:

	ifpci* at pci?

   All the "options" for PCI ISDN cards are gone now, so users of
   ELSA PCI cards might remove them (they do no harm though)

Please let me know ASAP (via send-pr) if anything does not work as intended for
you.
