A bit of further verification:

* If I use this KVM switch with my mac, the \ does indeed work.
* If I use a different USB<->PS/2 widget with NetBSD, the \ also works.

Does anyone know of a real world keyboard that uses this key which is '#'
unshifted, and '~' shifted?  I've never seen one.  Maybe we need a keymap
quirk table for ukbd.
