I've made some improvements so that USB console keyboards should
work better now.  You can plug and unplug the console keyboard, and
even use DDB.  On i386 the USB keyboard will be the console if there is
no pckbc present.

Caveat, this has only been tested on i386.

As usual, report any problems.
