I'm seeing a weird problem right now with XFree86 4.1.0 and
NetBSD 1.5.1. My usual tactic has been to install the aperture
driver in rc.local and then use sysctl to raise the kernel
security level right after that. When I do that with the above
combination, startx fails for a normal user.
The video card is an ATI Xpert 2000 AGP with 32megs of memory.
