i've imported openssh 2.9 as of 2001/6/24 yesterday.  there's a
	behavior change around authorized_keys2 and known_hosts2.
	basically, these files are deprecated and integrated into
	those without "2".  however, existing data files are still okay, since:
	- authorized_keys2 are still read.
	- known_hosts2 are still read, but not get updated with new entries.
	  new entries go into known_hosts.
	so basically there's no visible effects whatsoever.

	i don't think it affect people, but as Bernd Ernesti insisted on seeing
	this heads up message, i post it anyways.
