After lfs_cleanerd causing a panic, I am unable to repair my lfs partition.

# fsck -y /dev/rwd1a
...
! Ino 9547 free, but not on the free list

FIX? yes

if I mount and use that file system, it panic's the machine.

I have tried using the fsck_lfs from 1.5.1BETA1, with no success either.
