When booting a GENERIC i386 kernel, the card probes like this:

tlp0 at pci0 dev 14 function 0: ADMtek AN985 Ethernet, pass 1.1
tlp0: interrupting at irq 9
tlp0: Ethernet address 00:04:5a:40:62:1b
ukphy0 at tlp0 phy 1: Generic IEEE 802.3u media interface

So, I added

	tlp0 at pci0 dev 14 function 0
	ukphy0 at tlp0 phy 1

and all of the TLP_MATCH_xxx options to my custom config. It finds
the card during boot, and it gets configured correctly by ifconfig.

Yet it doesn't seem to actually communicate with anything!

Anyone got any clues?
