Well, I had put an "Options" keyword there so I removed that.  My Pointer
config now looks like this.

Section "Pointer" 
    Protocol    "wsmouse"
    Device      "/dev/wsmouse0"
    Emulate3Buttons
    Emulate3Timeout    50
    Buttons 5
    ZAxisMapping  4 5
EndSection

However, the third button and wheel still don't work.
