I get these, as well, on my Compaq Armada M700.  For instance:

    pciide0:0:0: lost interrupt

    pciide0:0:0: device timeout, c_bcount=8192, c_skip0
    wd0a: device timeout reading fsbn 143648 of 143648-143663 (wd0 bn 143711; cn 152 tn 1 sn 8), retrying
    wd0: soft error (corrected)

Now you're scaring me!  I haven't noticed any corruption, and I sure
hope there isn't any lurking in data I didn't want to lose...  :-(
