It seems that the proxy does not recognize the EPRT keyword
(see RFC 2428).

The NetBSD-1.5 ftp client sends for example

    EPRT |1|192.168.2.1|64405|\r\n

but ippr_ftp_client() in ip_ftp_pxy.c only expects the PORT
command. So, depending on which client you use, ftp proxy
works / does not work.
