since some days I cannot rsync anymore.

rsync simply exits after some seconds, without a message indicating
why.

The command I use is
        rsync --delete -zarP rsync.netbsd.org::anoncvs .

But the rsync server seems to be up, as telnetting to I gives a
reponse.

Has there something changed recently?
