Which is exactly what I've got:

#       $NetBSD: bsd.prog.mk,v 1.127 2001/01/14 20:49:36 christos Exp $

The .NOPATH had been removed from the latest Makefile for supscan, and
that seemed to be the difference that allowed supscan to compile.
