For my old Seagate drives (Wren VII and the like), I used a utility
that I downloaded from Seagate's ftp site.  I believe the name was
SCSICNTL.EXE, and it was a DOS application.  Worked great for me --
but I have no idea whether it would work for non-Seagate drives.  How
vendor-specific are these mode pages, anyway?
