I think the anoncvs server is on a 6 hour update cycle.

For now, you could delete the reference to doreallocblks altogether
in ufs/ffs/ffs_alloc.c and change the
	int doreallocblks = 0;
to
	int doreallocblks = 1;
in ufs/ffs/ffs_alloc.c if you don't want to wait another 6-N hours.
