Folks...

Now that we have Manuel's new `siop' driver (which is smaller, cleaner,
works better, slices, dices...), I think it's high-time we delete the
old `ncr' driver.

If we have consensus that this is a good idea, let me know; it will
bring me great joy to delete it.
