Can anyone shed any light on why only i386, arm32, and atari get
libxdpms built? Also why isn't a shared library built?

It seems that xfree86.cf is only included for these architectures in
NetBSD.cf, but it doesn't make sense to me why this is.

Also arm32 and i386 have libxdpms.a in xcomp whereas atari has it in
xserver.
