Anyone happen to know a source for webgear/raylink 2MBps wavelan cards?

I have two of them (bought the pkg which two ISA adapters and two cards
sometime about a year ago) and now need one more.

I'm unable to find anyone selling them, also www.webgear.com claims different.
But their online shop is "down for maintenance" since some time.

What I'm looking for is something that will interoperate with this:

ray0 at pcmcia0 function 0: WebGear, PC Card WLAN Adapter, Version 4.88 Jan 1999
ray0: firmware version 85
ray0: 802.11 address 00:00:8f:48:18:c2

Any hints? Anyone has some spares he would like to get rid of?
