Could someone help me parse the following error?

Oct 29 13:00:52 fiona dhcpd: if IN A  doesn't exist add 21600 IN A 192.168.101.3: resolver failed.

It appeared after upgrading to NetBSD-1.5_BETA. "fiona" is the
gateway/nameserver for the private network; it does have A and PTR
records for 192.168.101.3. The laptop gets the desired fixed address
(same as before) -- I just wonder what the message means.
