The current sup version doesn't have the right Makefile. The right one is
in the cvs tree though.

A short term fix is to remove:

ispcvt.8 kbdio.8 vgaio.8 

from the MAN definition in share/man/man8/man8.i386/Makefile. (That's what the
correct version has since pcvt is finally dead so the man pages are gone too).
