Given the fact that in the past, NetBSD.ORG has been put _on_ the RBL
at times when it did not meet the criteria for being placed on the RBL
(i.e., at least once, people have screwed up on that end and
incorrectly put us on the list), the decision has been made in the
past that ... it's not necessarily such a trustworthy source of
information.

I didn't make that decision, but I don't know that i've ever been
given any reason to believe that there are real safeguards in place
re: the maintenance of the list.  (Certainly, when presented with the
problem, if i recall correctly it was addressed very quickly.
However, that's unacceptable; an entity with that type of
responsibility shouldn't be making that kind of -- potentially very
damaging -- mistake.)
