(rc.d/ipnat now requires mountcritremote)

Are there (sane) situations in which mounting /usr via
NFS is dependent on an already setup ipnat? If so, it
might be better to move /usr/sbin/ipnat to /sbin/ipnat
instead of the requirement above (ipf lives in /sbin,
too).
