Hello,

        I've got problem with Xircom CreditCard Ethernet adapter (model IIps)
        in 1.5 ALPHA/i386. After configuring interface `xi0' I got

xi0: device timeout
xi0: interrupt from dead card

        I've tried to  assign  different  IRQ  numbers but  without  success.
        Browsing `if_xi.c'  didn't help too.    Any hints and  ideas  greatly
        appreciated. `dmesg' output attached below.

P.S.  Forgot  to add - I've   plugged another Xircom  NIC  (model 10/100) but
kernel just hangs in `ifconfig' so I guess there are some driver issues.
