In addition to fixing whatever the problem is with the ustarfs boot
system that is making it ask for a non-existant second floppy, could
this fix also *please* involve reverting bootfloppy-big back to ffs
format.   There's no reason for it to be ustarfs format, it isn't pressed
for space, it all just works better as a FFS (and it makes it possible
to use regular FFS tools, after vnconfig, to examine the thing).
