I've been having some problems getting ftp to work correctly
with all ftp sites.  It works just fine when I try to get stuff from
ftp.netbsd.org, but if I go someplace else, for example galaxy.astron.com,
it spits back a "500 Illegal PORT command rejected" error.
	I am trying to connect from a computer that is behind a firewall+NAT
and ftp is using passive mode.  Just before the #500 error I get a message
#227 saying that it is entering passive mode.  I'm using ftp from -current
as of a few days ago.

	Any ideas?
