for some reason (this has been happening for perhaps a week), when i try
to do a cvs update, it dies after about a half hour (when i use -t, i see
it unlink a bunch of Entries files) with connection reset by peer. i
havent been able to figure out what is causing this. I did a complete cvs
checkout of src on another machine, which worked fine, and downloaded a
tar of that source tree, and the build failed multiple times because it
tried to rm -f something that was a directory.
i havent been able to get yesterdays source to build at all, with make
build or make UPDATE=1 build. keeps failing because evidently things that
arent supposed to be directories end up being directories.
