Possibly - I did a "make UPDATE= build" so it would not have cleaned
out old .depend files unnecessarily.  But I did a "make cleandir" for
rpc and then built a new .depend file, and it still wanted to have a
site.h which didn't exist.

Can you give a hint as to where this site.h file is supposed to be
created from or installed from?   :)
